MYERSON ELECTED MEMBER OF THE AMERICAN PHILOSOPHICAL SOCIETY (2019)

Roger Myerson, the David L. Pearson Distinguished Service Professor of Global Conflict Studies in the Harris School of Public Policy and the Kenneth C. Griffin Department of Economics, was elected a member of the American Philosophical Society at the Society’s annual meeting this spring. "The American Philosophical Society is the oldest learned society in the United States. Founded by Benjamin Franklin in 1743, it continues its mission of promoting useful knowledge through research, fellowships, and public outreach."
